the setting is beautiful, and the grounds are very well kept. Not necessarily for facilities and the food is not good.
staff, while very friendly, are not very well trained. The facility is not run very well and shows some signs of neglect

Beautiful setting, colourful dancing
Many things in room were faulty, inexperienced staff with lack of leadership, poor Internet, ineffective service resulting in us departing after first night

It was very convenient to make the booking on-line ... that's a big plus. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and the rooms are luxurious. The transport to and from the airport was excellent and professional--top quality, you wouldn't find better anywhere. The price is excellent, I think. You get a luxurious room just like you would expect, say at the Novotel, Sofetel, or Shangrala, but for half the price, which makes it exceptional value.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and has a wonderful garden filled with hidden corners perfect for reading and relaxing. The pool and spa were great and the staff was friendly. The hotel shuttle made it easy to explore the city center whenever I wanted to.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel had a good breakfast with a nice selection. the staff were welcoming and friendly. We also enjoyed the large pool that was perfect for relaxing in the heat.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center and there weren't many nearby options for restaurants or activities. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and often didn't work.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The room, a spacious Junior Suite, was beautifully furnished with a large and comfortable bed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding rice paddies. The bathroom was also big, with a shower and bath, and a lovely copper washbasin. The resort itself was expansive, with well-maintained gardens that had many hidden corners perfect for relaxation. The pools were gorgeous, featuring water lilies and even a small paddy where sticky rice was being grown. We especially enjoyed the large and clean pool area, complete with wooden decks and deckchairs.
The location on the edge of town was perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The regular shuttle service to town was convenient, although we would have appreciated more frequent trips.

Spent xmas in a resort, nice view of the hills around, and the rooms were cozy. One of the best things was being surrounded by nature and not hearing too much noise. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks that kept me going for a while.
The shuttle service was unreliable and not scheduled properly, sometimes it even did not show up. There were no other options to move around since the location was a bit isolated.
